Early Return To Work Program
The longer the employee is off work; the harder it is getting them back to work. We provide a post accident early intervention and return to work program, therefore reducing your claims exposure in the long run. This program is designed to return the injured employee back to work in a productive and timely manner. Our nurse representatives will work with the medical providers, employee and the employer to discuss ways of returning an injured employee back to a light duty position.
